Meet Your Behavioral Health Providers

Dealing with any physical or mental health issues can be difficult. You shouldn’t have to go it alone. The Pinnacle Psychiatry team of board certified, highly skilled, and experienced care providers always has our patients’ best interests and well-being at heart. Meet the warm, friendly faces that will welcome you to our clinic!

Board Certified Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Working in healthcare since 1997, PA Mandie (formerly Anderson) Miller has possessed a lifelong passion for the practice of medicine. While completing her Master's in Medical Science at Midwestern University's PA program, she took a special interest in neuropsychiatry. Since 2011, Mandie has provided full-time, office-based psychiatric services, then spent a year in the emergency department before returning to her true passion of mental health. Mandie obtained her Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry through the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants in October 2016, furthering her specialization in the field she loves.

Mandie and her team frequently perform laboratory and pharmacogenetic testing to identify contributing factors toward patients' symptoms, wholeheartedly addressing the often neglected mind-body connection. She is an adjunct professor for NAU, A.T. Still, and Midwestern University's physician assistant programs, and she precepts PA students from A.T. Still, NAU, Midwestern, and Yale PA programs, as she strongly believes that the best solution to the psychiatric healthcare shortage is to create more exceptional providers. (In fact, this is where we discovered the wonderful provider talent that rounds out our team!)

Her clinical work history also includes hospital and outpatient neurology, physical medicine & rehabilitation, pain management, and psychiatric consulting for a local Department of Corrections.

Off the clock, Mandie thoroughly enjoys remodeling/flipping homes, teaching her children to be handy, horseback riding, triathlons, and every physical or outdoor activity possible!

Board Certified Physician Assistant

PA Jessica Draper is a board-certified physician assistant who first joined us as a PA student in early 2018, while completing her clinical rotations.  This experience sparked in her a deep appreciation for the field of behavioral health.

She previously completed her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Central Michigan University and worked in education for seven years, prior to pursuing her passion for the field of healthcare. She completed her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University in 2018, and we brought her on board the very moment we could! She demonstrates an infectious motivation to deliver whole-person care.

In her downtime, she enjoys traveling with her family, running, and exploring the outdoors.

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Erin is a board-certified physician assistant with a lifelong passion for healthcare. Her interest in behavioral medicine began at a young age, as she learned firsthand the importance of good mental health from her mother, who is herself a psychologist. While fulfilling her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University, she completed two psychiatric rotations at Pinnacle Psychiatry, where her experiences led to further respect and appreciation for the field of behavioral health.

Very early into her rotation, we realized we needed Erin on our team! She previously earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University, bringing with her over 10 years of clinical practice as a registered dietitian. This has made her an invaluable asset to the Pinnacle team, as she provides a wealth of expertise regarding the role of nutrition in best health.  She further pursued her love of medicine by becoming a physician assistant so that she can expand her scope and provide patients with a more holistic and higher level of care.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, laughing with friends, and reading a good book.

Our VIP Team

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, hardworking medical assistant to join our Pinnacle family!

Please email resumes to:

Office Coordinator
Billing Liaison

Katie joined our team with several years of experience mastering both the front and back office roles at psychiatric practices, with her past few years specializing in medical billing. We have secretly been wishing that Katie could join us since we had the privilege of working alongside her at a former practice. Finally, in 2022, the stars aligned, and Katie was able to finally complete our Pinnacle team. She helps bring a fantastic balance to our office with her exemplary professionalism, her fantastic sense of humor, and her extensive expertise in billing, which can be complicated and confusing without a pro like her!

Registered Nurse
Remote Scheduler

Candice is a registered nurse who obtained her RN degree during the pandemic, while still working full-time. She can recall wanting to be a nurse and helping people since she was young. Prior to being an RN, she worked as an LPN for 13 years between primary care, pain management, and currently neurology headache medicine full-time (where we worked closely with her at our former neurology practice).  We have been wishing for years that we could clone Candice to have her help on our team, so when she generously offered her services part-time, we immediately jumped at the chance! She patiently and professionally helps us manage the workload that can often be overwhelming without her.
