Meet Your Behavioral Health Providers

Dealing with any health issues can be difficult. You shouldn’t have to go it alone. The Pinnacle Psychiatry team of board certified, highly skilled, experienced, and empathetic care providers always has our patients’ best interests and well-being at heart.

Meet the warm, friendly faces that will welcome you to our Pinnacle family!

Board Certified Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Working in healthcare since 1997, PA Mandie (formerly Anderson) Miller has possessed a lifelong passion for the practice of medicine. While completing her Master's in Medical Science at Midwestern University's PA program, she took a special interest in neuropsychiatry. Since 2011, Mandie has provided full-time, office-based psychiatric services, then spent a year in the emergency department before returning to her true passion of mental health. Mandie obtained her Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry through the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants in October 2016, furthering her specialization in the field she loves.

Mandie and her team frequently perform laboratory and pharmacogenetic testing to identify contributing factors toward patients' symptoms, wholeheartedly addressing the often neglected mind-body connection. She is an adjunct professor for NAU, A.T. Still, and Midwestern University's physician assistant programs, and she precepts PA students from A.T. Still, NAU, Midwestern, and Yale PA programs, as she strongly believes that the best solution to the psychiatric healthcare shortage is to create more exceptional providers. (In fact, this is where we discovered the wonderful provider talent that rounds out our team!)

Her clinical work history also includes hospital and outpatient neurology, physical medicine & rehabilitation, pain management, and psychiatric consulting for a local Department of Corrections.

Off the clock, Mandie thoroughly enjoys remodeling/flipping homes, teaching her children to be handy, horseback riding, triathlons, and every physical or outdoor activity possible!

Board Certified Psychiatric Physician Assistant

PA Jessica Draper is a board-certified physician assistant who first joined us as a PA student in early 2018, while completing her clinical rotations.  This experience sparked in her a deep appreciation for the field of behavioral health.

She previously completed her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Central Michigan University and worked in education for seven years, prior to pursuing her passion for the field of healthcare. She completed her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University in 2018, and we brought her on board the very moment we could! She demonstrates an infectious motivation to deliver whole-person care. She earned her Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry in 2023.

In her downtime, she enjoys traveling with her family, running, and exploring the outdoors.

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Erin is a board-certified physician assistant with a lifelong passion for healthcare. Her interest in behavioral medicine began at a young age, as she learned firsthand the importance of good mental health from her mother, who is herself a psychologist. While fulfilling her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University, she completed two psychiatric rotations at Pinnacle Psychiatry, where her experiences led to further respect and appreciation for the field of behavioral health.

Very early into her rotation, we realized we needed Erin on our team! She previously earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University, bringing with her over 10 years of clinical practice as a registered dietitian. This has made her an invaluable asset to the Pinnacle team, as she provides a wealth of expertise regarding the role of nutrition in best health.  She further pursued her love of medicine by becoming a physician assistant so that she can expand her scope and provide patients with a more holistic and higher level of care.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, laughing with friends, and reading a good book.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Jennifer Paweleck-Bellingrodt, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She is a former Army psychologist, now in private practice. Dr. Bellingrodt has performed a combination of psychotherapy, consultation, lecturing, coaching, and clinical supervision for more than two decades. In addition, she hosts the Psych with a Mic Podcast, and she conducts both free and paid training on her online psychoeducation platform. She believes mindset and attitude are the foundation for everything in life and has built a career around helping people improve themselves to succeed in the ways they want. Last, but not least, she is the published author of Fix Your Freaking Marriage: Practical Tips to Just Start Somewhere, and she is currently working on her second book, focused on overcoming the seven self-limiting beliefs that block success in all areas of life.

As of March 2024, the Pinnacle Psychiatry staff perform all administrative duties for Dr. Bellingrodt's independent, virtual, clinical practice.

Board Certified Psychiatric Physician

Dr. Patricia Orozco Kirby generously joined forces with us in April 2022 as our collaborating physician. As of November 2023, Dr. Kirby works in an administrative position with Pinnacle Psychiatry and sees patients via Lifetree Counseling, in addition to working at an inpatient eating disorder facility in Wickenburg, AZ.

Our VIP Team

Office Coordinator

Quinn joined our team in part-time in 2021 and full-time in 2023, with several years of experience, including management, in a different but very fast-paced, high stress industry. His incredible work ethic, impressive efficiency, and passion for behavioral health makes him an ideal fit for our team!

Medical Assistant

Cassandra brings with her several years of valuable healthcare experience, and certifications including CCMA, CPCT/A, CPT, and CET. Her contributions extend beyond the medical realm, as she is also a dedicated personal trainer, who values whole-person health. Outside of work, she maintains her own rigorous weightlifting routine, prioritizing commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Remote Prior Authorization Specialist

We struck gold when Laraine generously offered her services to our practice! Being a board-certified PA herself (like PAs Miller, Draper, and Colvard), she is wildly overqualified for her position with our team! But being a military spouse and mom to very little "littles" makes her remote work on prior authorizations and new patient processing an absolutely ideal fit for us all.
