Our office is in the Atrium at Arrowhead, on the third floor at 17505 N 79th Ave, Suite 309, just west of Arrowhead Towne Center/the Arrowhead Mall.
Finding Us
Enter the Atrium building through the glass doors on the west side, and take the elevators to the third floor. Suite 309 is Pinnacle Psychiatry, on the east run of the building. Parking is free and uncovered, with accessible spaces near the main entrance.

Areas We Serve In Person
Most of our in-office patients come from Glendale, Peoria, Arrowhead Ranch area, Sun City, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Buckeye, and north and west Phoenix. If you are further out, our telehealth service covers the entire state.
What We Treat
We care for patients ages 16 and up. Our practice focuses on ADHD evaluation and treatment, nutritional psychiatry, perinatal and postpartum care, hormone-related mental health, pharmacogenetic testing, and obesity psychiatry, alongside general psychiatric medication management for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and OCD.
Hours
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm.
We are closed Friday through Sunday.

How do I get there from the Loop 101?
Exit the Loop 101 at 75th Avenue, Union Hills, or Bell Road, and head toward Arrowhead Towne Center. We are on 79th Avenue, just north of Bell Road, in The Atrium at Arrowhead. The northeast corner of 79th Avenue & Campo Bello, in between Costco & the Arrowhead Mall.
Which West Valley communities do you serve?
Alongside Glendale and Arrowhead Ranch, we regularly see patients from Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Anthem, Deer Valley, North Phoenix and the wider North Valley and West Valley.
What does care cost here?
New patient evaluations are $375 and require 60 to 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are $125 and require 30 minutes. We are out of network with all insurance and provide a superbill you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Stable patients on non-controlled medication are often seen twice a year, which works out to roughly $250 a year for ongoing psychiatric care. Full detail on our fees page.
