What This Website Collects

Everyone’s privacy is of the utmost priority at Pinnacle Psychiatry. The only data that can be collected via our website includes standard, non-identifying analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, browser type. We do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information and have no way of doing so. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use website data for marketing targeting.

Clinical Communication

Patient clinical information is handled through our secure patient portal, not this website. Although we ourselves have a HIPAA-compliant email ([email protected]), mail and text message (besides our secure, Updox-based texting service) are not secure and should not be used for medical information.

Your Choices

You may request that we delete information you submitted through this website by contacting [email protected]. Requests relating to your medical record are handled in accordance with HIPAA law and should be directed to our office.
