Seeking Reimbursement for Your Care

Though we are not in network with insurance payers, patients with health insurance (except Medicare) can pursue reimbursement for their care - especially if you have "out of network benefits" with your insurance company. Simply:

  • Request your "superbill" (specially coded billing document) from us​

    • You will have one superbill per visit​

    • We will gladly print or email this to you

  • Submit this to your insurance company via their website or app, at no cost

  • Companies like those below can also submit this for you, for a nominal fee

  • Please note: Medicare sadly does not reimburse for out of network providers
